So excited to get my hands on @ivymix new book "Spirits of Latin America"; stocked at @navystrengthseattle. Whipped up a @novofogo Caipirinha while I flip some pages, learn, and enjoy.
Caipirinha
1/2 lime, cut into quarters
1 tsp Sugar
2 oz @novofogo Silver Cachaca
According to Ivy: Add quartered half-lime and sugar to shaker and (I so love this) muddle fiercely. Add ice and Cachaca. Shake hard and pour into a rocks glass. No garnish
