15 Fresh rosemary leaves
2 Ounce(s)Gin @_big_gin
1 Ounce(s) Pineapple Juice
1/2 Ounce(s) Fresh Lime Juice
1/4 Ounce(s) Green Chartreuse
2 Sugar Cubes
Splash of water
Rosemary sprig for garnish
I like whole ingredients so I muddled 2 large chunks of ripe pineapple, sugar cubes, rosemary, and a splash of water.
Add gin (I used Seattle's own @_big_gin Bourbon Barreled Gin), lime juice, Chartreuse, and ice.
Double strain into a coup glass
