Add ice, Gin, and Liqueur. Shake vigorously. Double-strain into a cool glass, toss in a big ole sprig of rosemary for the grams. Enjoy! Muddled Cocktails: Mezcal and Watermelon

Baby watermelons and Mezcal!In today's muddled cocktail we were able to grab some tiny watermelons to smash up into a "longing for summer already" cocktail. 2oz Mezcal (our go to is Vida from @delmagueymezcal )1oz Lime Juice4 large chunks of watermelon1/2oz Agave SyrupIce@tajinusa for garnish#muddlefiercely watermelon in the tin, add the rest of the ingredients and shake hard. Grab your glass and do one of those cool instagram rectangle herb garnish things with the @tajinusa . Fill the glass with ice and double strain your cocktail into the glass. Muddled Cocktails: Curbside P-Patch

Amaro Cocktails FTW!We finally made a trip over to @fastpennyspirits to try their amaro and they are f'ing spectacular! Smooth, herbally, and use a ton of local PNW ingredients. We mixed up a variation on their cocktail the "Community Garden".Curbside P-Patch:2 oz Vodka ( @batch206 ).75 oz @fastpennyspirits Amaricano BiancaLarge chunk grapefruit.25 oz simple syrupMintIceExtra mint and grapefruit for garnish​Muddle mint and grapefruit in the tin. Add vodka, Amaro, simple, and ice. Gently turn a few times to incorporate. Strain into a cool glass, garnish, and then read every bit of content on @highproofpreacher website to figure out how to take a half way decent cocktail photo. Muddled Cocktails: Grand-paw would be proud

We are leaning heavy into our Indiana roots for this one! Featuring another Midwestern fruit called the pawpaw. Pawpaws are an interesting fruit, they grow on low trees with the flesh being sweet and custard like. The taste is like if a banana, mango, and pineapple had a funky Indiana lovechild. Crazy fact for your next trivia night, pawpaws are the largest edible fruit indigenous to the USA. Muddled Cocktails: Persimmon Sour

 For those Midwesterners and Southerners among us you should be well aware of this awesome American fruit. For the rest, these bitter/sweet soft mushy fruit are a staple around the fall table. Persimmon Sour:2oz mashed persimmon pulp2oz Bourbon ( @bulleit )1/2oz Lemon Juice1/4oz Orange Juice1/4oz SimpleIceChunky ice cubeGrated nutmeg to garnishUse your awesome hardwood muddler to #muddlefiercely a couple persimmons into a paste in the bottom of your tin. Add the rest of the ingredients and shake aggressively. Double strain into a chilled high ball glass with a chunky cube in it. Garnish with a bit of nutmeg.
